Hi all,

Is there anyone from the UK here?

I'm in my early 30's from East Anglia with a lot of weight to lose. Looking to share this journey with fellow like minded, motivated people from the UK.

    If anyone wants to add me then feel free. I've done the 'losing weight' bit, now I'm lifting heavy things and bulking. In a couple of months I'll most likely be back to losing again to get rid of fat that has accompanied any muscle gain! :p
