Any moms doing Bikini Body Mommy 3.0? I'm hosting a challenge group for tracking and accountability using the free YouTube workouts. The kick-off is Jan 5.

    I am also doing BBM. I was wondering what you used to classify the workout in order to calculate calories for the cardio days? Thanks.
