Autocorrect on Crack?

Has anyone else noticed this? Over the past week-ish, I've seen posts by others with really random word choices that seemed similar to the one that should be there and figured people were on their phones and/or in a hurry. Shrug.

But, I've noticed it happening to me on my computer. Tonight it turned "dosage" into "donate" and "carnage" into "carriage." Caught it while I was typing ... (Insert evil music here.)
