New Year AGAIN- its all about FOLLOW THROUGH!

Hi I'm Kelly! I'm a newlywed/ no kids/ 33 years old/ 145 pounds/ 5'3 height/ chicken legs and flat butt/ muffin top stomach/ heavy chested and full time working girl sitting at a desk all day. Over the past 10 years I have put on 30 pounds . I lost 15 and then hit a plateau. My husband has a niche for fine dining so we always eat out....which is fine with me lol. I LOVE food and I like to eat until I'm really full, only problem is that it's usually food that's bad for me. Anyways, I no longer feel attractive in my clothes and hate all the flab on my stomach. I really want to devote myself to this workout and stick to it (that's always my problem). I have read about Insanity and wanted to try it but never followed through. Recently I took a vacation to California and my friend looked crazy fit and nice toned arms. She was exactly my size last time I saw her, now she is just perfect and toned. She said she did it through Insanity...so she is my inspiration. I received Insanity Max 30 for Christmas and will put it to the test. My biggest problem would be follow through ( have I said that yet? lol) . I'm really hoping that this will be the year!!! Looking forward to starting the year off right and praying for a beach body.
