Hi everybody!
This is my second round being committed to MFP. A couple years ago, I weighed 150 lbs and wanted to reach my goal weight of 125. I'm 5'4, 42yrs old, married, & mother of 3 kids. I reached my goal and maintained so I didn't feel I needed MFP anymore. A year later, I got a promotion at work = more stress. I started drinking alcohol. (Bad idea! HUGE!) Long story short, I recently quit my job (that was stressful but also VERY active) and have found myself with 15 of those pounds back I had lost. I currently weigh 140. I'm committed again and am looking for new friends as I have deleted pretty much all of my old ones mostly because they dropped off too. Hey, it happens. This is another fresh start. I did it before and i'll do it AGAIN:) Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Letting stress go is a big deal. I am working on dropping some added stress activities and trying to focus on family a bit more. Kind of selfish but need a bit more family and me time. I suppose I am taking a time out as far as some extra activities. My work isn't too stressful all the time. My job is a bit stressful while at work but it doesn't transfer to home after I am off work. Have a great new year!0
