I recently lost 28 pounds. I have achieved my goal weight and now I am looking to maintain and start weight training. Advice and encouragement welcomed.

Hi Melly, I lost a similar amount of weight this year. I've been maintaining and focusing on my weight-lifting. Tentatively thinking about bulking.
I have continued to weigh and record my food, I weigh myself every morning and I sometimes have a very light day to reassure myself I can still do it. I'm a very nervous maintainer!0 -

I don't think this whole calorie-counting business has helped. Since I started tracking I have only lost 171 pounds....0
