Hello

Hi my name is Victoria and im trying to lose 20 pounds. I recently had an ankle injury and I cannot do a lot of running which I knew helps with losing body fat. What else can I do to help me lose that body fat besides running.

    Hello Victoria and welcome to MFP! I'm sorry to hear about your ankle injury and I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get back into exercising. Some suggestions that I can give off the top of my head would be to do any ab exercises that you can to tighten and tone your tummy.
