Sorry, there is no personal "One Day I Might Eat These, Or Not" list of barcoded food items you can set up. The general idea is that there is one massive Food Database that MFP users have contributed to. When you log a barcoded item to your Food Diary, it searches the Food Database for a match. Once found, it is best if you verify that the item returned actually matches the Nutrition Facts label for the barcoded item that you have just scanned.
Note: If the found item does not match the scanned barcode, you can scroll to the bottom of that page and click "Not correct? Find Better Match" button and perform a text search for the item. If you do find the correct item, you can re-associate the barcode with the correct item.0
