New Year, New Me Goals!

Hello there! I have decided to LOSE and KEEP of 30lbs! within the first three months of 2015. I am 5'3 and I weigh currently at 147lbs. my goal is to get to 110-117lbs by March something. so that means about 10lbs a month! which also means about 2lbs a week! so basically: 2lbs/week -->10lbs/month -->30lbs by the middle/end of March!! I used to wegh 186lbs, then I lost a about 40lbs. I know I can 30lbs off in three months!! I am dedicated. Wish me luck!!
