Anyone want to try a challenge with me????

So my best friend found this challenge that lasts 21 days. It is called the No Junk Food Challenge. And I wanted to know if anyone wanted to try it with me.

Not to sure how to keep track of everyones progress. I guess we could do a before and after weight. See if cutting out any of these items made any difference.

    No thank you. I already don't eat most of that stuff to begin with, but if I told myself I 'couldn't' have something, I would probably start to crave it.

    Besides, what are you going to do after the 21 days? I have seen a few 21 day challenges kicking around here lately, I don't understand the significance of that number.

    Eat what you want within your calorie goals, log what you eat. It does work. No gimmicks, kick starts or challenges needed.

    Why not eat at a deficit for 21 days and see what that gets you;)
