im starting out again!
weigh 113 trying to lose 45 g this year. what kind of workout routine will help me do this?

    I have noticed in my few days on here, that people who have problems don't always have an open profile or diary. I think the point to this is: "My Fitness Pal or pals". Nobody knows us. This is the perfect opportunity to be honest, to show our struggles, to open ourselves to true help. Everything in our profiles and diary's tell what's going on right now. A 20 year old with 10 lbs. to lose may exercise differently than a 50 year old with 75 lbs. to lose. I wish you the best.

    Eat for weight loss, exercise for health. It's all about eating less calories than you burn, and it is really hard to out-exercise a bad diet. Focus on your diet to get started. Any workout you enjoy doing that gets you moving will give you a few extra calories to work with. Good luck!
