    There are plant based complete protein sources out there. Hemp seed and chia seed are great ones to add to smoothies and salads. Also quinoa as a replacement for rice or other carbs. There are options out there! For protein powder, I love spirulina which is a blue-green algae protein source. Lots of great protein, omega-3s, chlorophyll, highly bio-available iron...just awesome stuff!
