I look like I ate my old self...smh

Getting rid of a broken scale and avoiding mirrors brought me to not realizing just how far I let my self go. I love sweets and I love sodium...I might be doomed. But, I did this before and was great at it for about a year. I think I convinced myself that a little bit of excess here and there wasn't going to add back up. I knew better. So bring on the sarcastic, brutally honest people to help me:)...please.

Brutally honest, here it goes. All you need is to be in a calorie deficit. That's it. Log accurately and stay under your calories for the day. You've got it0

Glad to see you've decided to give MFP a shot. Let me tell ya something... you're definitely not doomed, you've shown you can do it for a year, that's huge! Even better you can do it permanently because as queenliz shared it's simple, there's nothing hard about it. Easy? No, but do-able.0

I agree!! Your not doomed, I fell off the wagon for about 3 years and gained 35 more pounds....geeez. But I lost with MFP before, and I know if we all stick together and keep each other accountable we can reach our goals!!!!0
