I have a desk job and do 30min cardio and 30 min of weights 4xweek. With Scooby and IIFYM what should I set my activity level as?

    I personally always leave that section as "Moderately Active". Why? Because on the days you dont exercise, you wont be eating too many calories that would be factored in from the calculator thinking your are more active. On days that your working out, you might need the extra calories and I would just eat 100-200 extra calories on those, preferably in the Peri-Workout window.

    So would that be "3 Days a week" for IIFYM and "3-5 Hrs/Week Moderate Exercise" for Scooby?

    Ah nope, a desk job is lightly active and there is a place in Scooby's where you put how many hours a week you actually exercise.

    If you do both cardio and weights in the day 4x a week then you exercise for 4 hrs during the week... then 4x for iifym or 3-5 hrs a week for Scooby.
