Hi!
I am 21 year old girl living in london.
I used to have problems with and eating disorder when I was younger, mainly restricting and fasting weighing only 7 stone. Now I am better and I kept my weight at a stable 8.5 stone for a few years, but this year I have gone up to 9.5 stone. I want to get back down to 8.5 stone - 8 stone, but in a healthy way. I have started to control my food intake but I want to get serious about loosing weight and get on the exercise. Does anyone know of any good websites with exersises on? Or a good program to start?
I plan to start on saturday as my final exam is on friday
