Hi everyone,
My names Heather and I've just recently decided to join Myfitnesspal after spending the last 2 months on the Insanity program and dipping into this forum every now and again for advice, tips and motivation.
I've just started my second round of Insanity (I know I must be mad) with my husband. This time round I've decided to make sure I'm following a better diet plan so I'm looking for some great motivation and recipe ideas to keep me on track. I've set up a blog to help me keep my workouts accountable but the food part is really where I now need the support. If you fancy a giggle check it out at http://insanityfirst.wordpress.com. It's just me and my husband trying to share some of our experiences with other people on the Insanity program.
I've worked out that I should be having around 1800 calories per day split into 5 x 360 calorie meal blocks.
If any of you have any suggestions or recipes please let me know as I'm getting a bit fed up with Salmon and chicken.:ohwell:

LOL.. Salmon and chicken can get old. I have some old recipes on my blog or I recommend trying www.e-mealz.com. I do the low-fat recipes and they are all so yummy and good for you and my family has something new to try all the time.
feel free to add for support if you want :flowerforyou:0 -
Hi, nice to meet you. I'll add you as a friend. How are you liking insanity? I did one round of it and then I have been doing occasional Insanity workouts along with a mix of other dvds so I don't get bored.
The website skinnytaste.com has a lot of great recipes on it, I've probably made 7 or 8 meals from there and they have all been amazing.
Also try tilapia or halibut as a nice change from salmon, those are my favorite.0
