Hiya!
Happy New Year to you all!
Why am I here? Well, I have been trying to loose weight for a while now. I graduated from uni one and a half years ago, moved to the UK and went from being on the move constantly to sitting at the desk from 9-5 five days a week.
I also might have enjoyed British bacon and Cadburys a little too much so that instead of dropping 5-10 pounds I gained another 20 or so.
Now it's time to make a change! I joined the January crowd at the local gym and signed up to MFP hoping that it will help me to stay on track.
I hope to meet lots of lovely people here to support and motivate each other. I'm 27 and live in Worcestershire, England

Hi, I'm also from Worcestershire and have been using MFP (properly) since late November. Have lost about a stone so far and now hoping to shift some more by making a visit to my local gym at least 4 or 5 times a week to try to neutralise my long days sat at a desk!
