Hi all. I met my goal 3 years ago. For the last two have been on a lot of medication for rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Needless to say, have gained all back and then some. It's a tough go, hard to exercise when in pain all the time but I will try to eat better. I've been a vegetarian for 22 years. I'll figure it out. Nice to meet you all!

I also have RA so I really understand the pain component. It sucks. Just remember it's about calories in versus calories out. Exercise is for heart health, it is not necessary to lose weight.0
