Hi everyone, I've been trying to keep on track for the past 2 months. Grrr, the holidays are tough. But it completed a 5K this morning, so Happy New Year to me and to us all!

I'm restarting after completely falling off the wagon over the past year.. determined to succeed.. and After reading tima4112 post about goal I think ten pound a month will be my aim too.. I know I can do this.. gud luck everyone xxx0

I'm new! Only need to lose 30 lbs, but after many attempts & methods just don't seem to be able to lose anything! Also looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle - hoping this is the place to keep me motivated! All new friends welcome!0
