This goes indeed work, lost 21 pounds.... My keys to date is track everyday and have the mindset the scale is your friend, not the enemy, and that this is a lifelong positive journey of learning how to lose weight but how to eat. Losing weight and then keeping a heahty weight is the by product of learning how to eat.
