    I just received my Insanity Max 30 workout in the mail today. I was planning on starting on 1/5, however I might start on Sun. 1/4 instead. Good luck with your group, it sounds nice.

    I wish Myfitnesspal had a support group here.

    I just tried Tabata Strength, and it did an awesome job of mopping the floor with me.......the scissor push-ups, absolutely brutal. Just when I thought "No way can you shorten Insanity and still kick my *kitten*", Shaun T goes and proves me wrong.
