Arms Jiggle ;(

As I sit here typing I see my arms jiggle and its driving me CRAZY... Its not a whole lot but enough its bugging me...
anyone have ways to tighten this up?

    You can incorporate strength training and build lean muscle which will tighten (aka "tone") up some of the skin. Loose skin does go away in time, as the body doesn't like to commit energy to maintain parts that aren't needed.

    Thank you.
    I mean I have been building Muscle.
    I started my own little routine like this.

    week one
    30 squats
    30 lunges
    30 push ups
    30 second planks
    30 plie's
    30 calf raises
    (Some other stuff with dumbells over the head and back behind you and where you hold on to the chair and dip down and a few other things)
    then the next week I went to 40 of everything..then the next week 50 ...i got all the way to 60 and quit
    but i did notice when i was doing it that they didn't look as bad...i mean they don't look bad they just bug me :)
