Eating peanut butter daily?

So, I've recently discovered that peanut butter is my new favorite food and I have been making smoothies (banana, dates, and a tablespoon/ 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter)...and of course, I've been making these smoothies almost every day... I was wondering if that's okay or if it will make me gain weight? I know that peanuts are high in omega 6 fatty acids more than they are in omega 3 fatty acids and that the omega 3 fatty acids are what you want, correct?...but are omega 6 fatty acids okay too?

ANYWAAAAY...I was wondering if it's okay to be eating peanut butter every day...(or a couple of days a week) I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm just trying to maintain my current weight...(also, if this is relevant, I workout 6 days a week)

Also, I must apologize for my probably awful English - it is not my first language :P

you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within your calorie budget

It will only make you gain weight if you eat more than you burn. As for the omega 3/6, try thinking in terms of your whole diet.

Doesn't matter if you eat it daily as long as you moderate it and keep it within your calorie goal. You'll only gain weight if you eat over your daily maintenance needs/burn.

Eating too much makes you gain weight. If it falls into your caloric allowance, then you're golden. Love me some peanut butter and apples!
