I have been on mfp before however with school, a new job and getting married I deleted all my social media accts. and just focused on eating healthy and occasional exercise but I would like to get some supportive friends again and what is a better time than the NewYear? I have the same goals not so much weight loss but just to get stronger. I set small goals such as doing more push-ups and striving for 10k steps daily. It's all a journey. cheers and happy New Years!
