New about MFP

Hello, I'm a yoyo dieter is what I do best. I get fired up for about 4 months, lose weight and then I just fall away. Same way spiritually, first time reaching out in any group! Need to stay consistent with every aspect of my life. Any suggestions?

    Perhaps a lifestyle change is in order and no more diets? :smile: Diets to me are temporary fixes and as soon as you get off of a diet you gain weight and sometimes more.....

    Welcome! For me, keep a diligent food diary of EVERYTHING I eat is helpful.
