Actually, I just take some slices of bread with me and put either a slice of turkey/chicken and pure yoghurt on it, or fresh goats cheese. No butter as I don't like butter.0

Alternatively, on those days when I really don't have 5 minutes, I make & take a one-cup coffee with me in the car and eat a nice brunch at 11am'ish (before my colleagues come around and try to convince me to go to 'Phat Taco Heaven' with them for lunch!). :disagree:0

Cookie dough or cookies & cream Quest Bar (warmed 15 secs in microwave) and coffee! My go-to work day breakfast... Filling and helps me meet my fiber and protein goals.0

Around 6:30am, I have a few eggs with some hummus and a slide of ezekiel bread hits the spot. Then I have a little snack around 9-10am and lunch around 12-1pm.0
