Hi all and Happy New Year! Brand new to MFP but no stranger to health/weight loss tracking. Basically looking to feel healthy and lose the 10 lbs I put on over the last few months plus the 10 lbs I was originally trying to lose!

My motivation is that my husband and I are looking to start a family and I would like to be as fit and healthy before pregnancy as I can!
