Anyone else returning after regaining weight??

Hi I'm back again on here having lost 25kgs last time. Struggled to keep it off this year though. However being overweight most of my life hasn't helped and yoyoing back and forth. Anyway last year I was 70 kgs before Christmas!! Today I am 79.6. And as my biggest problem is pain in a knee that needs operating on I must lose those kgs again and determined not to go all the way back up. Since I was last here I seem to have lost several of my buddies so if anyone feels like sharing my return journey I would be only too pleased to chst
