I joined My fitness pal nearly two years ago. I lost 1 lb a week until I was under 200 lbs from 220. I was loosing the weight after a miscarriage as a attempt to make me feel like I was doing something to help me get pregnant again. It was a powerful motivator, however; In August of 2013 I found out I was pregnant, and had a healthy beautiful baby girl in March 2014. I had told myself I would get back on here a month after having the baby so I could lose to my goal. Well... I tried, but I was so hungry breastfeeding and trying to take care of the little one. So I decided to let it go for a while longer. Now, Its the new year... and My little one turns one in less than three months... I feel it is time to try again!
