BEFORE

AFTER

Before you mention it, no, I didn't switch those (/facepalm). I joined MFP last year, and dropped 33 lbs. Then, my life got twist turned upside down, and I gained about ten back.. after I hibernated all winter, stopped clean eating/exercising.
I know how to lose weight healthily, thanks to MFP. I know how to exercise, thanks to Jillian Michaels. So... why can't I get back in the swing of it? Is anyone else going through this, or can relate with some advice? I was so close to being strong and slender for the first time in my life, really. Looking at these pics, that taunting scale, and the measuring tape I refuse to touch again until another round of 30ds, well.. just lost my will a bit. How did you guys get back on the wagon?
ahh.. full pics below of weight loss from last year. (did 30ds, high intensity cardio and strength training, while eating clean and maintaining a cal deficit).

I'm right there with you! I had lost 50 lbs and was at the lowest I'd seen probably ever. Now I'm about 14 lbs up, but it has fluctuated between 12 & 20 over the last year. I am trying, trying, TRYING!!!!0

Always remember that tomorrow is a new day. Don't kick yourself for falling off. Instead, dust yourself off and get right back on. You may have to jump back on several times, but don't give up. I find this success message board to be very motivating when I need it. Hopefully you will find whatever it is that motivates you.0
