What are some exercises that really work for getting rid of love handles?

    You can't spot reduce. As you lose weight, your love handles will gradually get smaller. But where the fat comes off is entirely determined by genetics.

    All of them. All exercises burn calories, so they all can help. Do you have access to a gym?
