Hey all! I'm down to my last 15 pounds and have been playing around with my macros. I lift heavy about 4 days a week, with 1-2 days a week of HIIT Cardio.

For the past few months with heavy lifting I was only consuming about 1300-1400 calories on lifting days, and found out I was not eating enough. Through some online calculators for fat loss I find I'm supposed to be upwards of about 1800-2000 calories a day. My question is, is there anyone out there who was eating a lot lower than what they were supposed to and upped their calories, if so did you increase it to where you were supposed to, or was it more of a gradual amount.     What have your last couple of weigh ins been?
    What's your current height and weight?
    You said you eat 1400 on lift days, what about the other days?
    Do you weigh and measure everything, every day?

    Stalled for a few weeks or so. I'm 5'8 and 165pounds.

    I used to eat 1400 on lift days, and around 1200-1300 on rest days.

    I have a kitchen scale and I weight and measure everything.

    I used to weigh myself daily. Which I know is wrong. But during that time frame maybe about 2 pounds or so.
