Totally confused! Please help me calculate my calorie deficit

I have read too many different ways to calculate calorie deficit and I've had numerous people giving me conflicting numbers. It has totally confused me!

I am trying to estimate what my calorie deficit (and calorie intake) should be to lose 6lbs in 30 days. Also, any suggestions on macronutrients?

I'm 18 years old.
5'11
187 lbs
BMR: 1820

EXTRA INFO:

I'm training 6 days a week.
--- 3 days HIIT cardio
--- 3 days lifting weights.

I estimate I'm burning about 350 calories/day on average in the gym.
