I am 64 years old and I am fat because I have been dieting for the last 40 years. I need to lose 100 pounds and would like to do that by the time I am 65 in October. Is 10 pounds a month too much to aim for? And how do I keep it off and stop dieting!!! Any suggestions and friends welcome.

Weigh your food on a digital scale and log everything
Eat at a calorie defecit
Move more
It works
It's no doubt what you've been avoiding with every fad diet, if you're anything like me that is. Throw away everything you think you know, every dieting tip and just eat at a calorie defecit ...as you go you'll work out what foods are your go to foods in what portion sizes
Eat everything ...don't deny yourself what you love just make it work
There's no final destination ...there's no deadline ...it just becomes what you do to get healthy, drop years from your psyche
Good luck0 -
Congrats on deciding to make some positive changes in your life!0
