Anybody Help Please

Ok been doing MFP for about the last 6 months, I have started the 30 Abs & Squat challenge what I would like to know has anyone any idea what the Calories burned would be as cant find on Data Base, it is not done by minuets but by the reps of each excersise. TIA :)

    I don't know what the challenge entails but if it's just 30 squats and 30 ab exercise reps, I wouldn't count it at all. It's not going to be much. But to estimate, see how many minutes it takes you to complete it and log it as calisthenics or something like that.

    Any of those 30 day challenges do not burn a ton of calories - they are simply endurance exercises. I did the 30 day plank, squat and ab challenge. By the end of the ab challenge (which was excruciating) I was only burning about 50 calories. And that was measured by a HRM not an estimate ...

    These exercises are just for endurance. I'd log them into my exercise notes and not worry too much on how much you burned as it won't be much.
