Breakfast Smoothies

Hey guys :)

I want to start having smoothies for breakfast, i'm normally boring and just have banana and strawberry.

Can you suggest some more adventurous ones please?

    Use Search on here. There are lots of smoothie recpes. I use low cal Greek yogurt....Kroger brand,1/2 of a frozen banana as a base,adding 2 Tbl cocoa,vanilla,ice & water. Sometimes adding a Tbl of Chia seeds or no cocoa using frozen fruit,usually strawberries or blueberries.you can add milk if you want.

    kale or spinach, banana, mango, whey protein powder, almond milk. wham bam thank u maam.

    You could add things like hemp oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein powder, chia seeds, spinach or kale, beets, ginger, turmeric, spirulina, coconut water, cherries and cacao, etc. Not all at once but mix and match to what you use now.

    I usually use some sort of combination of strawberries, blueberries, banana, mango, peaches. And I always use a cup of almond milk and some vanilla greek yogurt for texture and protein. Sometimes I'll add in a little spinach or kale to get some other nutrients. For a treat when I've earned it, adding a tablespoon of peanut butter to it makes it soooooo good. :)

    My usual go-to smoothie:
    1/2 frozen banana
    1/2 cup berries
    handful spinach or kale
    scoop of spirulina
    scoop vegan protein powder (usually chocolate flavoured)
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup almond/hemp/cashew milk

    My go to:
    kale or spinach or chard etc.
    1/2 frozen banana
    handful of berries
    oats, or oatbran (dry)
    flax and chia seeds
    pumpkin seeds or almonds
    water and soy or almond milk

    today, though, I put an apple in because it was getting over ripe.

    I also sometimes use zip fizz (vitamin powder that makes a drink). I put zip fizz and some water the night before (to get rid of the fizz). And then add that to any green smoothie. Makes for a super taste. The orange one makes the whole smoothie taste like a creamsicle.
