Game On diet Plan

As I'm heading into 2015 I am trying to find new ways to stay motivated to loose weight. I recently finished reading the game on diet book and was wondering if anyone had any experience playing this weight loss and fitness game. If you have played/competed could you share your thoughts and experiences? Would you play again?

    Hi! I've played several rounds of Game On in the past and am planning to do a game (by myself) starting Monday. There are a lot of good things about it and when you play with a team, the accountability factor is great. The biggest negative about it is it's not really sustainable. I've kept several of the habits I picked up from playing (i.e. getting 7 hours of sleep each night (mostly) and drinking 100 ounces of water each day), but the timing of the eating can be tricky. I would play again (obviously) if nothing else but for the mindfulness of eating. That's gotten away from me and I need to get my portions under control and not just eat all day.
