Back Again - Exercise Advice Required.

Hey All,
I am back on here for the third time, I am currently around 20 Stone (280 lbs) (127 KG).
I have been weightlifting and I am enjoying it however I wish to lose the belly as well as tone up.
Can anyone recommend a good mixture of cardio vs strength training?
I am also doing a no junk food or alcohol for the first two months of this year to help detox and start my fitness journey off.

Walking is great exercise and strong lifts 5x5
Eat at a calorie deficit and you'll lose.

You have answered your own question. Mix of cardio and weight lifting.
As to what to do, for cardio, find something that you'll enjoy. I like walking and running because I listen to music. You might enjoy dancing. There is all types of things that you can do.0 -
I walk after I lift. I've read many articles suggesting that HIIT is better if you want to lose fat.0

The only dancing I can do is the truffle shuffle
. Yeah I think I should really get back in to walking again. I am hoping to ride a bike to work soon once the work scheme starts.
