How to change food units?

Hi all,
I wonder if there is a setting I haven't found yet that allows me to change the units if I am creating my own food. I am European, so I do not measure in cups or oz, so does anyone know how I can change to ml and g? Thanks a lot!

you can enter any serving size unit you like in your own food, and the contents (macros) are always entered in grams.
