30-day Dumbbell Challenge! (Just a few minutes/day)

As you're tracking, losing weight, and generally feeling more fabulous every day, are you still just a little disappointed to see those flying squirrel wings where you should have triceps? Or something that resembles a bass underbelly more than a six-pack?

You KNOW all the 411 on strength/resistance training--how it not only tones to give you that buff, surfer dude/chick look , but also makes your bones stronger so you'll still be kicking butt and taking names when you're ancient--instead of some sad lump of stuff in a nursing home? But maybe you just haven't been able to get into it.

This fabulous program has a simple outline, is designed with different levels for anyone from beginners to advanced, and it is a manageable challenge--both in physical and time demands.
