I had that as a nurse to,patients leaving donuts and cookies or muffins.It was easy,available and fattening.I can also relate to not eating during the day.I just got some Ancient Grain bars so at least I can put some fuel in that is at least healthy.I need to bypass the junk and bring my. Own healthy.You can do it.Keep coming back
