Definitely have a sweet tooth, and unfortunately it is satisfied by eating cookies.
Not a good answer I know but I try to limit them to just 2 per sitting!0 -
I have a serious sweet tooth, and I satisfy it by having a serving of whatever dessert I can fit into my day. Usually ice cream or gelato but sometimes cookies, cake, etc.0

I try to make my own dessert if I can, and then I freeze it in portions.0

Some sweeter treats I sometimes have are:
-frozen raspberries sprinkled with lots of cinnamon
-a couple of squares of high cocoa (at least 70%) dark chocolate. It has a relatively small amount of sugar and a lot of antioxidants, some fiber, etc.
-frozen grapes
-an apple with natural peanut butter
-plain yogurt mixed with raspberries and cinnamon or with natural peanut butter0 -
Greek yoghurt with defrosted frozen berries, sweetener and vanilla
Skinny single serve brownie
Mini milk lollies (UK only I think.)
Low calorie hot chocolate
These truffles
Scan bran chocolate or carrot cake. Lots of recipes out there on Google. You can use all bran cereal instead of scan bran.
Good quality dark chocolate.0 -
My sweet tooth is my biggest obstical but I find that the dove dark chocolates are a good fix. There are benefits to dark chocolate and they are small portions. If you let them melt in your mouth it makes it feel like a bigger snack than it is. The hard part is stopping after only one or two.0
