I put on 83lbs last year well this year it's coming off. Happy married life has caught up and this year I'm getting shredded. Start #1 of my 30day shred tomorrow! Hoorah0 -
I want to be healthier , eat cleaner, and just move more!! :-) I want to have more energy. I also would like to lose about 35lbs .......no more high blood pressure scares!!!0

Re up my healthy habits:
1. Log Daily - food, exercise, water all within maintainance
2. Wear a fitness tracker daily -10000 steps
3. Daily Barre3
4. Run/walk 4 Charity 5k's
5. Get my good posture time to 8 hours a day and maintain at least that
6. Sleep 6-8 hours a day
7. Stay within my maintenance range.0
