    I don't need to lose any weight so I plan to just maintain my current weight and fitness level.
  • 1. 30 mins of activity every day.
    2. Stick to my weight training routine.
    3. Try Pilates classes.

    I want to be able to get into and hold a crow pose. I'd also love to drop 3 pants sizes , but would be happy with two :) I'd also like to improve my flexibility and get through a core flow yoga class without cursing the cute little instructor in my head haha

    I put on 83lbs last year well this year it's coming off. Happy married life has caught up and this year I'm getting shredded. Start #1 of my 30day shred tomorrow! Hoorah

    I want to be healthier , eat cleaner, and just move more!! :-) I want to have more energy. I also would like to lose about 35lbs .......no more high blood pressure scares!!!

    Solve P=NP and claim the millennium prize, because I could totally use the money.
    Get under 200
    Hopefully get around 140ish by 2016
    Fit into some of my old clothes again
    Get my motorcycle license
    Get PADI Certified

    Re up my healthy habits:
    1. Log Daily - food, exercise, water all within maintainance
    2. Wear a fitness tracker daily -10000 steps
    3. Daily Barre3
    4. Run/walk 4 Charity 5k's
    5. Get my good posture time to 8 hours a day and maintain at least that
    6. Sleep 6-8 hours a day
    7. Stay within my maintenance range.
