    This is almost exactly what I was going to suggest. I substitute honey, maple syrup or agave for sugar though. Also, add a little pureed ginger and minced garlic. Yum!

    lemon and dill. Perfect. Light flavoring and you can still taste the salmon but it isn't an over powering fishy taste. By far my fav.

    I like to sprinkle hidden valley ranch seasoning (the powder, not actual bottled salad dressing) on top of the salmon and bake at 400 degrees for between 12-15 minutes. It is also delicious if you sprinkle Panko crumbs on top, give it a spritz of Pam then bake the same way. I love the crunch it gets!

    If you are craving veggies, I have found that roasting chopped veggies (cabbage, asparagus, grape tomatoes, cauliflower, kale...) on the same pan as the salmon makes dinner a quick fix! Veggies are finished cooking right when the salmon is ready and it's only one Pan to clean :)

    I make my glaze with Sriracha, lime and honey. It's delish!!
