I started logging January of 2014. I've logged every single day since then and found that being honest with myself has been a big help. I switched from drinking 3-5 cans of Dr. Pepper a day to drinking water, though I will drink a cherry coke or diet coke when out at a restaurant.

I started the year just walking a mile every other day. I then added in some strength training and other exercises at home and made a schedule and stuck to it. In August I started going to a work out class called G-fit 3 days a week and I have gone to every single class since. I have walked multiple 5K's since September and am signed up to walk a half marathon in February.
