I've used MFP in the past and it is great. Along with exercise, it helped me watch what I shovel in my mouth. I've been pretty bad with my diet over the holidays and am doing the "new year, new me" routine [again!]. Feel free to friend me...my diet journal is open so if you see me cheating, make sure to yell at me!
