hi - just wondering if mfp provides suggested meal ideas like the spark people website?
- if so - where do I change this setting?

    No, MFP won't suggest meals for you. Welcome to MFP, though. :flowerforyou:

    It's a fantastic site for keeping track of everything you're eating and all the exercise you're doing... and if you're looking for meal suggestions, there's a Recipe section of hte forum you can look through as well as a Food and Nutrition section where I'm sure folks would be willing to give suggestions. :)
