    Could you be a little more detailed, please? That doesn't really tell us what the problem is. Why can you not have any? Is it not adding people that you send FRs to?? O.o

    And, I totally see you have ten friends by looking at your profile. Is this correct, or do you have more/less?
    Is it that you sent someone a friend request over and over and they told you that they cannot add you? O.o (Because if you can send another, that simply means they declined, so don't waste your time trying?)
    If they swear they're not doing that, then post in the bugs forum, it may be a glitch.
