I'm a 32 yr. old woman living in Southern California. I have taken some time away from "counting calories" to focus on my health as I have been sick this last wk and a half with either the flu or bronchitis. So I decided to finally introduce myself. I am hoping to get back down to my goal weight of 120 lbs. Plus, more energy would be nice as well. Nice to meet everyone here and good luck to us all.
