    So you're moving from Canada to Texas? That should be a temperature shock.

    The plan is to become snowbirds (winters in Texas and summers in Canada) once I take early retirement in the spring. The house is in a resort town so we're going to do AirBnB during the summer so the house pays for itself.

    I get too easily why Calvin doesn't like school. For the most part, school has nothing to do with learning... at least not interesting learning... and everything to do with socialization/indoctrination...
